Spinal Screenings

Posture and spinal screenings at area malls, community events, health fairs and places of employment.

What a posture and spinal screening is

A screening is a short, no-pressure look at how you stand and how your spine sits. Posture and spinal screenings can reveal important health information, such as a shoulder that rides higher than the other or a head that sits forward of your body.

It is not a full exam and it is not a diagnosis. Think of it as a first conversation, led by a chiropractor who spent years teaching anatomy, about what he sees and whether it is worth a closer look.

Where Dr. Earnst does them

The clinic brings screenings out into the community: area malls, community events, health fairs and places of employment. If your workplace or organization is planning a wellness day, a screening table is one way to put a chiropractor in front of people who would not otherwise stop by the office.

Dr. Earnst also visits corporate health and wellness fairs to answer questions about chiropractic care. Call the office at (336) 434-4600 to talk about an event, or watch for him around High Point and Archdale.

After the screening

If something in the screening is worth following up, Dr. Earnst will tell you plainly what he noticed and what a closer look would involve. The screening is a place to ask questions and hear what he sees.

A full exam happens at the clinic itself, the blue house at 231 Baker Road in South High Point. New patients can book a consultation, spinal exam and first treatment for $75.

Already have a nagging back or neck complaint and do not want to wait for an event? Skip the table and call the office directly.
