Adjusting and decompression

Chiropractic Care

Full spine and extremity adjusting, done with the Activator, a handheld low-force instrument, or with Diversified technique, a hands-on manual adjustment. Dr. Earnst chooses between them for the patient on the table.

The clinic's two specialties: low back pain from disc problems, treated with spinal decompression, and headaches and neck pain, treated with adjustments and posture restoration.

Your blueprint

Corrective Exercises and Stretches

Your spine spends far more hours outside the office than on the table. So Dr. Earnst teaches “blueprint” exercises designed for your own problem, and checks that you can do them before you leave.

They are done at home, and they are what carries an adjustment from one visit to the next.

Coaching

Activity Advice

Lifting, long sitting, yard work and sport can keep a sore back or neck sore. Dr. Earnst coaches patients on what to avoid and what to do differently.

The aim is a full life of the activities you enjoy most. He is a bike, swim and run athlete himself, so he knows what it is to want to get back to something.
